Murgitroyd Group PLC is incorporated in the UK, is the immediate parent company of Murgitroyd & Company Limited, the European Patent and Trade Mark group trading as MURGITROYD, and was floated on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange between 30 November 2001 and 19 December 2019, on which date it was acquired by Sovereign Capital Partners LLP and its shares were de-listed.
